Ryan has assisted hundreds of customers to scale and to evolve their marketing technology and first party data strategies, all while advising clients as they navigate the Salesforce partner ecosystem.

He has experienced the complexities customers often face implementing Salesforce technology, along with the challenges in finding a trusted and experienced Consultancy to handle their digital transformations - and the criteria needed to ensure a successful project end to end.

James brings over 20 years of Salesforce architecture and delivery experience to Estarei, including a decade leading teams within Salesforce Professional Services. As Head of Delivery, he oversees solution design, implementation quality, and client success across Estarei’s portfolio.

James has deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, with a track record of guiding enterprise clients through complex digital transformations.

He is passionate about innovation, process efficiency, and leveraging AI to streamline implementations and elevate customer experiences.
