Ryan brings over 8 years of experience in the Mar-tech industry, and leaves Salesforce after close to 5 years as a Marketing Cloud Account Executive, focused across the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical.

Ryan has assisted hundreds of customers to scale and to evolve their marketing technology and first party data strategies, all while advising clients as they navigate the Salesforce partner ecosystem.

He has experienced the complexities customers often face implementing Salesforce technology, along with the challenges in finding a trusted and experienced Consultancy to handle their digital transformations - and the criteria needed to ensure a successful project end to end.

Andy brings his Salesforce leadership in solution engineering coupled with his entrepreneurial experience and technology background of 25 years to Estarei.

He joined Salesforce in 2014 as a solution engineer working across many different industries.

Andy built and led the Health & Life Sciences (HLS) solutions teams for mid-market in North America and was awarded the Sales Engineering Leader of the Year in 2018. He helped to grow the HLS solutions engineering team alongside his leadership counterparts, growing from a team of 10 to over 30.

He is an expert in consulting, solutioning, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and can work with any customer to understand their business goals, challenges, and technology needs.

Head of Delivery

James brings over 20 years of Salesforce architecture and delivery experience to Estarei, including a decade leading teams within Salesforce Professional Services. As Head of Delivery, he oversees solution design, implementation quality, and client success across Estarei’s portfolio.

James has deep expertise in Experience Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, with a track record of guiding enterprise clients through complex digital transformations.

He is passionate about innovation, process efficiency, and leveraging AI to streamline implementations and elevate customer experiences.
